Booking & Payment Policy
A reservation is confirmed upon a 30% deposit.
Full payment is due 30 days prior to the start of the tour.
Prices are listed in USD and subject to change due to operational factors.
Payment methods: bank transfer, Wise, or international card (fees may apply).
Weather, Trail Closures & Safety
In case of trail closures by park rangers, we will look for a Plan B with similar conditions, if available.
Rain or clouds are not valid reasons to cancel a tour.
If the client does not bring proper gear and it compromises safety, the guide can cancel or modify the tour.
Wind is considered a valid risk for cancellation or route changes.
External Services (Navigations, Riding, etc.)
If a third-party service cancels (horseback riding, fly fishing, Grey Lake, Balmaceda/Serrano navigation), 50% of the amount paid for that day will be refunded.
This compensates for the vehicle and driver costs typically needed to approach the service area.
Travel Insurance Recommendation
Clients are strongly advised to carry travel insurance covering the following areas:
Trip delays or cancellations
Medical treatment
Lost baggage or equipment
Evacuation (optional, not required)

No third party tickets reservations
Environmental & Behavioral Agreement
Clients agree to respect nature, wildlife, and park regulations.
Disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behavior may lead to removal from the tour without refund.
